The Mid Michigan Area Cable Consortium is to obtain and maintain for the citizens of the partner communities, the highest quality of franchised communication services and public access at the lowest reasonable cost, to serve the partner governments with expertise in communication services.

Any organization can produce non-commercial, informative, educational and entertaining TV programs for viewing audience of channel 99.
